We want you to try something new, RISK FREE. Within the 30 days of receiving your order, if you’re not happy with the product please write an email to us at email@example.com with the subject line as “RETURN” with your order number. Within the email, include a picture of the product(s) you’d like to return.
We’ll send you a return shipping label & as soon as we get your product, the refund will be issued to the card you paid with.
On our end:
Once we received your return, we will then refund the original amount on the card used to purchase the product(s) and send you a notification via the email used for the order.
Please wait a few business days after receiving the notification of a refund.
If you haven’t received the refund after a few days go through the following steps:
- Check your bank account
- Then your credit card company
- Next your bank,
- and then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the issue is still not resolved.
Whether you got the wrong size, would like a different colour, or you’ve received a defective* product, we’d be happy to exchange the products for you.
Please write an email to us at email@example.com with the subject line as “EXCHANGE” with your order number. Include a picture of the product in the email and we’ll send you a return shipping label to send the product back to us.
*We will gladly exchange or refund any manufacturing defects found on your product. Unfortunately, because the product lasts for so long, we do not cover wear and tear you might experience from lots of wear.
We cannot refund gift card amounts.
If you’ve received a Strongband as a gift and would like to exchange or return the item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line as “RETURN/EXCHANGE GIFT”. Within the email please include the order number, the receipt of the order, a picture of the product you’d like to exchange/return.
If it’s a return we will issue the amount of the product to a gift card for you, if you’d like it onto a credit card, then we can refund the amount on the original card used for the purchase.
We’ll send you a shipping label for the return and then refund you the amount with the steps above in the Return/Refund section.
If this is an exchange, we will send out another product as soon as we’ve received the one you’re exchanging it with.
We want to be this to be as much of a risk-free experience as possible. We will cover the shipping label but cannot provide you with an extra envelope or box for the shipping.
Once we receive the returned or exchanged item, you will then get your refund or exchanged product.
Please note that dependent on your location and the nature of the Pandemic, shipping times may vary or be delayed.
