Thank you for visiting and choosing to shop at Hairstrong! As a small business, every purchase you make helps fulfill our dreams of providing the best hair bands on the market. 

Here are some terms and things you should know about our shipping policy!

Domestic Shipping - Within Canada

We ship domestically.

Fulfilling your domestic order.

All orders placed on the website will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days of placing the order. Occasionally, we’ll do some local deliveries on the weekend ourselves but for most orders they are through Canada Post. We try our very best to fulfill them within 1 business day, but during busy times of the year or other events we cannot predict, it takes a bit longer to fulfill your order. You will get a notification if it will be taking longer than normal to fulfill your order. 

Shipping your domestic order.

All shipping rates will be displayed to you at checkout based on the shipping address you’ve provided us with. We ship all our orders through Canada Post. 

When you place your order, you’ll get an order confirmation email, then once we fulfill your order, you will get a shipping confirmation email with details of your shipment (either lettermail or tracked). 

To have the lowest shipping cost possible for you, we ship our products out via lettermail domestically when you choose the Lettermail option. For this option, we do not have any information about the whereabouts of the product since Canada post does not release that information with this shipping option. 

If you’re eligible for our FREE Tracked shipping (when you spend over $75 CAD) or purchased other methods of shipment, there will be a tracking number available to you once your order is fulfilled. Any information regarding where your package is would be in that email. Everything on your end is the same on ours in terms of where your package is in transit. 

Due to COVID-19 and the recent outbreaks at various Canada Post locations, shipments are taking much longer than usual for packages to arrive. We please ask for your patience for receiving your package. 

As a company, we use an external shipping service, Canada Post, and by placing an order, you are agreeing to the liability of that order potentially being lost or damaged. Please try to save all shipping materials if you deem it necessary to file a claim. 

International Shipping - Outside of Canada

We ship internationally.

Fulfilling your international order.

When you place your order, you’ll get an order confirmation email, then once we fulfill your order, you will get a shipping confirmation email with details of your shipment (either lettermail or tracked).

We believe that with the long delivery times and chances of losing a package, we do not offer lettermail shipping rates to international locations. 

If you’re eligible for our FREE Tracked shipping (when you spend over $100 CAD) or purchased other methods of shipment, there will be a tracking number available to you once your order is fulfilled. Any information regarding where your package is would be in that email. Everything on your end is the same on ours in terms of where your package is in transit. 

Hairstrong is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Hairstrong is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
