Don't know which size to get? Get both and gift the one you don't want. However, if you have thick hair, you can't go wrong with this bundle. The Nano is perfect for an everyday-casual hold, while the tough is your hair's best friend for those intense workouts. Each hair tie holds strong with an adjustable toggle that can outlast any movement.

Just tighten the band and you're ready to take on any workout. 

The Nano is great for fine, short, or thin hair. The Tough is great for thick, curly, or heavy hair. The Nano will get the job done on thick hair, but for buns and high-impact movement, you'll want the Tough size.

The Tough size has a stronger toggle with more fabric to disperse the pressure of the elastic inside for a more comfortable hold on thick hair. The Nano toggle is on the outside and it is smaller than the tough toggle but is still able to cinch tight to a custom fit.

Truesilk scrunchies are modelled after our Nano Tough Strongbands for a secure but delicate hold. The toggle is on the outside, easy to pull, and easily hidden by the silk fabric. 

Washing Guide for Silk

1. Hand wash: Fill a basin with lukewarm water & add a small amount of mild detergent or silk-specific soap
2. Soak & Gentle Move: submerge the band and gently swirl for about 3-5 minutes. Avoid rubbing or wringing to prevent damage.
3. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with cool water until all soap is removed.
4. Dry: Lay the band flat on a clean towel, then roll it up to absord excess water. Air dry away from direct sunlight

Avoid machine washing & harsh chemicals to maintain the silk's quality. We don't recommend sweating much (aka avoid hardcore workouts in the silk) as it will cause wear & tear on the band.
