Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with Hairstrong — we appreciate every single order and want to make sure your bands get to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Delivery estimates begin after fulfillment and are provided by the carrier — they are not guaranteed dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on its way. If anything causes a delay on our end, we'll let you know.
Please note that express shipping speeds up the time your order spends in transit — it does not speed up fulfillment. We do our best to prioritize express orders but fulfillment still takes 1–2 business days.
Shipping Within Canada
We ship all Canadian orders from our fulfillment center in Canada.
Estimated delivery after fulfillment: 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Free tracked shipping is available on all Canadian orders over $100.
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. All tracking information lives in that confirmation email — whatever you can see there is the same information we have on our end.
P.O. Box addresses
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses within Canada via Canada Post. Please note that in the event of a Canada Post service disruption or strike, we will be unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses as alternative carriers do not service them. We will notify affected customers if this occurs.
Shipping Within the United States
We ship all US orders directly from the United States (except for any products handmade in Canada, those are shipped directly from Canada)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Free tracked shipping is available on all US orders over $100.
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Internationally
We ship internationally from Canada.
Estimated delivery after fulfillment: 7–21 business days depending on your location and customs processing times.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are tracked — we do not offer lettermail rates to international destinations given the longer transit times and higher risk of loss.
Please note that Hairstrong is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order once it leaves Canada. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Insurance
We offer shipping insurance at checkout and we strongly recommend adding it to your order. Insurance protects you in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Without insurance, we are limited in what we can do once an order has left our hands. If your package is lost or stolen and you did not purchase insurance, we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee a replacement.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email. All tracking information is provided by the carrier — whatever you can see in your tracking link is the same information we have on our end.
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, first check with your local post office or carrier depot as packages are sometimes held there. If you're still having trouble, reach out to us at info@hairstrong.ca and we'll help you investigate.
Lost, stolen or damaged orders
Not delivered: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, first check around your property and with neighbours — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If it still cannot be located, contact the carrier to file a report and reach out to us at info@hairstrong.ca within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Stolen packages: If your package was delivered and subsequently stolen, we will offer you a full replacement if you purchased shipping insurance. If you did not purchase insurance, reach out to us and we will do what we can on a case by case basis, though we cannot guarantee a replacement.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and take photos of the damage before opening anything further. Contact the carrier to file a claim and email us at info@hairstrong.ca with your photos and order number so we can support you through the process.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. If the error was on our end, we will cover it completely.
Holiday shipping
During peak holiday periods, carrier volumes increase significantly and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure your bands arrive in time. We'll post any holiday order deadlines in our website banner and on our Instagram when relevant.
