These bands are built to LAST.

If the Strongband breaks, snaps, or comes damaged in any way, we will send a you a replacement.

We do not cover wear & tear of the product.

Alternatively, you email info@hairstrong.ca, or send a message to us through our “Contact Us” page here.

If the replacement piece is out of stock, we will first try to send another product for the same value. If this is not an option, then a store credit will be issued.
