Measure around your head where the headband sits: across your forehead and around the back of your head, behind your ears.
- S/M: fits 47.5 to 61.5 cm (18.7 to 24.2 in)
- M/L: fits 51.5 to 64.5 cm (20.3 to 25.4 in)
The smaller number is the fit fully cinched. The bigger number is fully stretched.
Still between sizes? Go with M/L for a roomier fit. The fabric has some stretch, but not a lot, because the reflective piping limits how far it gives.

S/M fits 47.5 to 61.5 cm, M/L fits 51.5 to 64.5 cm. If you're in the overlap, both work. S/M sits snugger, M/L gives you more room. Still not sure? Go with M/L.
